The more information you can provide, the better we will be able to assist you.

Ideally you will send through the following bits of info:

  1. What browser and operating system you are using, including version. i.e. Windows 7, Chrome version 44.
  2. What the error or issue was that you encountered. (i.e. Could not log in, unable to upload a video.)
  3. What you did leading up to the error. (i.e. Logged in, adjusted talent attributes, tried uploading a video and it failed.)
  4. Did you try a different browser? If so, what were the results from using that browser?
  5. If possible, attach screenshots of what you are seeing, especially if you are seeing an error or something that looks out of place.

We may come back to you for more information if our developers are unable to work out your issue but generally following these 5 steps closely is enough.

We also recommend that if you are experiencing any issues that you clear the cache in your browser and try again.

If you are on a Windows platform we recommend you use Chrome or Firefox, while Mac users are recommended to use Chrome.

OneCast is being built for next generation computers, tablets and phones, so older browser may experience issues and the only way to get around this, is to update your browser. Older browsers do not support some of the features that we require and we do not want to offer our users anything short of the full experience we are trying to create.


SAFARI ON WINDOWS MACHINES IT NOT SUPPORTED!

Apple stopped making Safari for Windows machines several releases ago and as such, we do not support the site.

Please also note that Safari experiences issues with javascript support for certain elements. We strongly recommend you use Chrome during the beta phase.
